I've spent 15+ years in HR leadership roles across France, Germany and Austria working within the Novartis group, in local subsidiaries and at headquarters, partnering with leaders and managers through growth, restructuring, and everything in between.

Over time, my work naturally gravitated toward what I find most meaningful : helping people think more clearly, lead more confidently, and act with more intention and in line with their values.

My expatriation in Italy gave me the push I needed to build something of my own. Bloom & Motion was born from that experience and from the recognition of colleagues who had long seen me as a coach before I had the title.

I'm a mother of two, and I've lived and worked in four countries. I know first-hand what it means to rebuild a professional life in a new place which is why supporting expatriates and their partners is close to my heart.
